The rooms are spacious and recently updated with safety features, the friendly staff offers attentive service, a large bathroom is provided, and the location is fantastic, being close to additional galleries.

Suitable accommodation for vacation.

The setting is stunning and great, close enough to Ottawa's best attractions and the centre right by a market and restaurant and many tourist sites. The rooms are sumptuous and magnificent and generally offer central heating, a laptop-compatible safe and flat-screen TV.

Convenient spot next to the convention center. the breakfast was amazing and satisfying, and the double room we stayed in was absolutely stunning! 🌟

It's clean, very good staff and location. Every staff member is polite and strives to meet your needs.

The rooms were extremely pleasant with a view on Club dloor, Tiffany glass, the miniature window, the breakfast was above average. The excellent location was right by Rideau Locks.

We had a really nice stay overall. the location of the property was incredible, close to Wilfred's restaurant, the Rideau Canal, and the mall. - Spent a nice evening at Courtyard Restaurant, right next to the venue.

Really really nice stay for our wedding, perfect staff and location. Quick check-in and late check-out, parking on-site. The pool was nice, comfortable to sit around.

Very central location right beside parliament. Fabulous and wonderful staff in terms of the excellent and friendly service by everyone that worked there. - Gorgeous room with a quiet bed and a spacious bathroom.

I was desapointed - quality price not worth it had sepcifics that were not adressed had access to room late (past 4pm) Will not return

The location in downtown Ottawa near Parliament Hills made walking and sightseeing easy.

The Fairmont Chateau Laurier is in an incredible central location, right next to all the attractions like the ByWard Market, Shaw Center, Parliament Hill, Sparks Street Mall, and Parliament Buildings. the room I booked was a Fairmont Queen room with a lounge area and soundproof windows.

I came in at 10 p.m. and mentioned that it was my 75th birthday and that I had just spent four hours in the Winnipeg Airport. I wanted to know where I could get a hot fudge sundae. The woman behind the desk excused herself and when she returned she upgraded our room. When we got to the room the phone rang and she said that she had called the kitchen and they were making a hot fudge sundae and I could have it in the lounge or in my room. That's first class service!
